The first time was at a swimming pool when I was 6 or 7 years old. My swimming skills were pretty basic at that time. All I remember is that I was upside down in the water and vaguely saw a man walking toward me. Then a big hand grabbed my foot and pulled me out of the pool. That was my dad\u2019s hand. What happened was that he had heard people shouting, \u201cSomeone is drowning!&#8221; Then he saw my feet floating above the water.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-r7hfj124\">\u5dee\u4e00\u9ede\u88ab\u6eba\u6b7b\uff0c\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u5462\uff1f\u9019\u7a2e\u4e8b\u5728\u6211\u8eab\u4e0a\u767c\u751f\u904e\u5169\u6b21\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u662f\u6211\u5728\u516d\u3001\u4e03\u6b72\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u5728\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3002\u90a3\u6642\u6211\u7684\u6e38\u6cf3\u6280\u8853\u9084\u5f88\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u6211\u53ea\u8a18\u5f97\u6211\u662f\u5012\u7acb\u8457\uff0c\u982d\u5728\u6c34\u91cc\uff0c\u8173\u5728\u6c34\u4e0a\u3002\u96b1\u96b1\u7d04\u7d04\u7684\u770b\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5411\u6211\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u8d70\u4f86\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u6709\u4e00\u96bb\u5927\u624b\uff0c\u6293\u4f4f\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u8173\uff0c\u628a\u6211\u5f9e\u6cf3\u6c60\u88e1\u62c9\u4e86\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u90a3\u662f\u6211\u7236\u89aa\u7684\u624b\u3002\u7576\u6642\u4ed6\u807d\u5230\u4eba\u5011\u558a\u53eb\u8457\uff1a\u300c\u6709\u4eba\u6eba\u6c34\u4e86\u300d\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u770b\u5230\u6211\u7684\u8173\u6d6e\u5728\u6c34\u9762\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f5qj3127\">The second time was at a beach about 13 years ago. I was trapped underwater beneath the ocean waves.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>I was terrified for a moment since my own strength couldn\u2019t fight against the speed and energy of the wave surrounding me. All I could do was to wait until the wave slowed down and its energy dissipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-wlfrz131\">\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u662f\u5728\u6d77\u7058\uff0c\u5927\u7d0413\u5e74\u524d\u3002\u6211\u88ab\u56f0\u5728\u6d77\u6d6a\u7684\u6c34\u4e0b\u3002\u6211\u7576\u6642\u6709\u9ede\u9a5a\u8352\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u6839\u672c\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u6297\u5468\u906d\u90a3\u80a1\u6ce2\u6d6a\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u6211\u6240\u80fd\u505a\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u7b49\u5f85\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6ce2\u6d6a\u7684\u6578\u5ea6\u6e1b\u6162\uff0c\u548c\u6ce2\u6d6a\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u6d88\u6563\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-yt2aj134\">Drowning doesn\u2019t just happen in water. It can happen emotionally. Emotions are complicated, and when we don\u2019t deal with them properly in a timely manner, even the most positive of emotions can turn negative. A person drowning in their emotions feels helpless, stuck, suffocated, and paralyzed. They lose the ability to make decisions to fight through fear and anxiety on their own, especially when their emotions have escalated into a storm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-eurae136\">\u6211\u5011\u4eba\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6703\u88ab\u6c34\u6df9\u6c92\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4eba\u4e5f\u6703\u88ab\u60c5\u7dd2\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u60c5\u7dd2\u662f\u5f88\u8907\u96dc\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u6c92\u6709\u53ca\u6642\u6b63\u78ba\u8655\u7406\u6211\u5011\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u6700\u7a4d\u6975\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e5f\u6703\u8f49\u8b8a\u6210\u6d88\u6975\u8ca0\u9762\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u4e00\u500b\u88ab\u60c5\u7dd2\u6df9\u6c92\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u6703\u611f\u5230\u7121\u52a9\uff0c\u50cf\u4f3c\u88ab\u56f0\u4f4f\u3001\u6709\u8457\u7a92\u606f\u548c\u7671\u7613\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u514b\u670d\u6050\u61fc\u548c\u7126\u616e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u7368\u81ea\u505a\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u5347\u9ad8\u5230\u7121\u6cd5\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u4f3c\u4e00\u500b\u7a81\u4f86\u7684\u66b4\u98a8\u96e8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-c05fb139\"><strong>God\u2019s Story<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-v03p7142\">In our gospel reading from Mark 4 today, we heard the story about the fear and anxiety of&nbsp; Jesus\u2019 disciples in the midst of a storm. Remember, some of them were professional fishermen, at least four of them. Sailing in a sea storm wasn\u2019t new to them. But their terror clearly indicated the severity of the storm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-iq1hz144\">\u5728\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u7b2c 4 \u7ae0\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u807d\u5230\u4e86\u6709\u95dc\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u9580\u5f92\uff0c\u5728\u66b4\u98a8\u96e8\u4e2d\uff0c\u6240\u611f\u5230\u7684\u6050\u61fc\u548c\u7126\u616e\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8981\u8a18\u5f97\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u81f3\u5c11\u6709\u56db\u4f4d\u9580\u5f92\uff0c\u662f\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u6f01\u6c11\u3002\u5728\u6d77\u4e0a\u66b4\u98a8\u96e8\u4e2d\u822a\u884c\uff0c\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u65b0\u9bae\u4e8b\u3002\u4f46\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6050\u61fc\uff0c\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u986f\u793a\u4e86\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u66b4\u98a8\u96e8\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6zxq2146\">Was their boat the only one on the water? No, there were other boats with them. <strong>What makes a terrifying situation even worse<\/strong>&nbsp;is when you see yourself drowning as well as others. Their incapability to fight against the chaos and their terror in their eyes are like a mirror through which you see your own terror and your own incapability of fighting against the same chaos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-0acgb150\">\u7576\u6642\u6c34\u9762\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u8036\u7a4c\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8239\u55ce\uff1f\u4e0d\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u7d93\u6587\u544a\u8a34\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u8239\uff0c\u548c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u822a\u884c\u3002\u4f60\u77e5\u9053\u751a\u9ebc\u5176\u6cc1\u80fd\u5920\u4f7f\u6050\u61fc\u66f4\u52a0\u60e1\u5316\u55ce\uff1f\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u7576\u4f60\u770b\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u90fd\u6eba\u6c34\u6642\uff0c\u56e0\u4ed6\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u6297\u773c\u524d\u7684<strong>\u56f0\u5883<\/strong>\uff0c\u5728\u4ed6\u5011\u773c\u88e1\u6d41\u9732\u51fa\u7684\u6050\u61fc\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u9762\u93e1\u5b50\uff0c\u5f9e\u9019\u93e1\u5b50\u54e9\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6050\u61fc\uff0c\u4f60\u548c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u6297\u773c\u524d\u7684\u56f0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-fivdd155\">The same event was recorded in Matthew 8 where Jesus\u2019 disciples pleaded for help by saying, \u201cSave us, Lord. We are perishing.\u201d However, in Mark 4, the disciples used a tone almost accusing Jesus of being indifferent to their plight by saying, \u201cDon\u2019t you care that we are perishing?\u201d What is Mark trying to teach the faith community he was serving at that time by telling this story differently?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2m3ve157\">\u5728\u300a\u99ac\u592a\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u7b2c 8 \u7ae0\u88e1\uff0c\u4e5f\u8a18\u8f09\u4e86\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5728\u300a\u99ac\u592a\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u9580\u5f92\u5411\u8036\u7a4c\u7948\u6c42\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4e3b\u554a\uff0c\u62ef\u6551\u6211\u5011\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5feb\u8981\u6ec5\u4ea1\u4e86\u3002\u300d\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u300a\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u7b2c\u56db\u7ae0\uff0c\u9580\u5f92\u5011\u662f\u7528\u63a5\u8fd1\u6307\u8cac\u7684\u53e3\u6c23\uff0c\u554f\u8036\u7a4c\uff1a\u300c\u4f60\u4e0d\u5728\u4e4e\u6211\u5011\u6ec5\u4ea1\u55ce\uff1f\u300d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u611f\u89ba\u8036\u7a4c\u4e26\u4e0d\u95dc\u5fc3\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u56f0\u5883\u3002\u300a\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u4f5c\u8005\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u900f\u904e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8b1b\u8ff0\u9019\u540c\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u4ed6\u60f3\u5411\u7576\u6642\u6240\u670d\u4f8d\u7684\u6559\u6703\uff0c\u50b3\u9054\u4ec0\u9ebc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6559\u5c0e\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-hav5v160\">The gospel according to Mark, the shortest gospel of all, was written with special insight into <strong>who Jesus was<\/strong>&nbsp;in the first half of the Gospel and <strong>what he came to accomplish<\/strong>&nbsp;in the second half of the gospel. The disciples might have thought they knew the water better than Jesus since they were professional fishermen. But, they forgot <strong>who Jesus was.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-snegi168\">\u300a\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u662f\u6240\u6709\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u4e2d\u6700\u77ed\u7684\u4e00\u672c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u5beb\u9019\u672c\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u6642\uff0c\u6709\u8457\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u524d\u534a\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u8457\u91cd\u65bc<strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u662f\u8ab0<\/strong>\uff1b\u5728\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u5f8c\u534a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u662f\u8457\u91cd\u65bc<strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u4f86\u5230\u4e16\u9593\u8981\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5<\/strong>\u3002\u7576\u6642\u9580\u5f92\u53ef\u80fd\u8a8d\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u6bd4\u8036\u7a4c\u66f4\u4e86\u89e3\u6c34\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u8077\u696d\u7684\u6f01\u592b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5fd8\u8a18\u4e86\uff0c<strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u662f\u8ab0\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-gfnl6176\">We can tell Mark\u2019s ultimate intention from the way he starts the gospel in Mark 1:1, \u201cThe beginning of the good news of Jesus, <strong>the Son of God<\/strong>.\u201d The Son of God was sent by God our creator in the book of Genesis who did not eliminate chaos but brought perfect order by pushing back the waters of chaos. The Son of God was sent by God our redeemer in the book of Exodus who did not eliminate the chaos but delivered the Israelites by parting the red seas of chaos.&nbsp;In Mark, Jesus, the Son of God, did not eliminate chaos, but taught them to have faith in Him&nbsp;by calming the sea storm of chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5zdhg185\">\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u4f5c\u8005\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5beb\u958b\u5834\u767d\uff0c\u770b\u51fa\u4ed6\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u610f\u5716\u3002\u5728\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u7b2c 1 \u7ae0 \u7b2c 1 \u7bc0\u4e2d\u95e1\u660e\uff1a<strong>\u300c\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50\uff0c<\/strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\u798f\u97f3\u7684\u8d77\u982d\u3002\u300d<strong>\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50<\/strong>\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5275\u9020\u8005\u6d3e\u4f86\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u300a\u5275\u4e16\u7d00\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u9664\u6df7\u6c8c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u63a8\u958b\u6df7\u6c8c\u4e4b\u6c34\uff0c\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u79e9\u5e8f\u3002<strong>\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50<\/strong>\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4e0a\u5e1d\u6551\u8d16\u4e3b\u6d3e\u4f86\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u300a\u51fa\u57c3\u53ca\u8a18\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7942\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u9664\u6df7\u6c8c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u5206\u958b\u6df7\u6c8c\u7684\u7d05\u6d77\uff0c\u5c07\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u4eba\u62ef\u6551\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u5728\u300a\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c<strong>\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50<\/strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u9664\u6df7\u6c8c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u5e73\u606f\u6d77\u4e0a\u7684\u98a8\u66b4\u7684\u6df7\u6c8c\uff0c\u4f86\u6559\u5c0e\u4fe1\u5f92\u5011\u5c0d\u7942\u8981\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-o5ceb198\">Jesus could have saved them instantly but he waited. What was Jesus waiting for? What did Jesus want his disciples to learn? Could it be beneficial for other boats to see what\u2019s happening to Jesus\u2019 followers<strong>&nbsp;even if He was with them?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-auki3201\">\u8036\u7a4c\u672c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7acb\u5373\u62ef\u6551\u4ed6\u5011\uff0c\u4f46\u7942\u7b49\u5f85\u5c0d\u7684\u6642\u6a5f\u3002\u8036\u7a4c\u5728\u7b49\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f\u8036\u7a4c\u5e0c\u671b\u7942\u7684\u9580\u5f92\u5b78\u7fd2\u5230\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f<strong>\u5373\u4f7f\u8036\u7a4c\u662f\u548c\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c<\/strong>\u5c0d\u5176\u4ed6\u8239\u96bb\u770b\u5230\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u8ffd\u96a8\u8005\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u9019\u4e8b\u60c5\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-u8cwl204\"><strong>Depending on God shouldn\u2019t be an emergency measure but a way of life for the people of God. Jesus wants them to fall into God\u2019s grace each day and any given moment by trusting him remembering who he is, the Son of God.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2n9b9206\"><strong>\u4f9d\u9760\u795e\u4e0d\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u61c9\u6025\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u800c\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u795e\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u8036\u7a4c\u5e0c\u671b\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u6389\u843d\u5728\u795e\u7684\u6069\u5178\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u8036\u7a4c\u4e26\u8a18\u5f97\u7942\u662f\u8ab0\uff0c\u7942\u662f\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-m6dpx209\"><strong>We can learn something more from Psalm 107. <\/strong>&nbsp;After forgetting God\u2019s grace, which saved them from slavery, the Israelites slowly trusted the teachings of other religions, believing in self-sufficiency and self-salvation, or achieving salvation by their own efforts or merits.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-n0fd3212\">\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u8a69\u7bc7107\u7bc7\u4e2d\u5b78\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u6771\u897f\u3002\u5728\u5fd8\u8a18\u4e86\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5c07\u4ed6\u5011\u5f9e\u5974\u5f79\u4e2d\u62ef\u6551\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u6069\u5178\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u4eba\u6162\u6162\u5730\u4fe1\u9760\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u5b97\u6559\u7684\u6559\u5c0e\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u4e86\u81ea\u7d66\u81ea\u8db3\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u6551\u8d16\uff0c\u6216\u900f\u904e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u6216\u529f\u7e3e\u7372\u5f97\u6551\u8d16\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-j9zdn215\">Psalm 107 beautifully illustrates how<strong>&nbsp;God\u2019s steadfast love <\/strong>and <strong>forgiveness <\/strong>brought them back to God. God didn\u2019t eliminate the weakness, neediness, and sinfulness of humanity, but God delivered them from hostile cosmic forces, the sea and the desert. <strong>They gave thanks to God for God\u2019s grace whenever <\/strong>they recalled the story of their exodus, their returning from exile, and even their post-exilic life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-wfx4h223\">\u8a69\u7bc7 107 \u7bc7\u512a\u7f8e\u5730\u8aaa\u660e\u4e86<strong>\u795e\u7684\u3010\u5805\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u7684\u611b\u3011\u548c\u3010\u5bec\u6055\u3011<\/strong>\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u56de\u5230\u795e\u7684\u8eab\u908a\u3002\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u9664\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u8edf\u5f31\u3001\u5331\u4e4f\u548c\u7f6a\u60e1\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5c07\u4ed6\u5011\u5f9e\u6575\u5c0d\u7684\u5b87\u5b99\u529b\u91cf\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u548c\u6c99\u6f20\u4e2d\u62ef\u6551\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u6bcf\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u56de\u61b6\u8d77\u51fa\u57c3\u53ca\u3001\u6d41\u4ea1\u6b78\u4f86\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u6d41\u4ea1\u5f8c\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6642\uff0c<strong>\u4ed6\u5011\u5c31\u6703\u611f\u8b1d\u795e\u7684\u6069\u5178\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-xtade226\"><strong>Our Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1om05229\">There are two helpful metaphors to describe our challenges &#8211;&nbsp; 1.) when we are not aware that we are in the midst of drowning, it is like a frog slowly boiling to death without knowing what\u2019s going on; 2.) when we are fighting against the chaos with our own strength that is obviously absent, it is like an ostrich burying its head in the sand to avoid danger by living in denial of what\u2019s around it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-tbmht231\">\u6709\u5169\u500b\u6709\u7528\u7684\u6bd4\u55bb\u4f86\u63cf\u8ff0\u6211\u5011\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u6311\u6230 &#8211; 1.\uff09\u7576\u6211\u5011\u6c92\u6709\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u6eba\u6c34\u4e4b\u4e2d\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u96bb\u9752\u86d9\u5728\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u767c\u751f\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6162\u6162\u88ab\u716e\u6b7b\uff1b 2.\uff09\u7576\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u7528\uff0c\u90a3\u660e\u660e\u81ea\u5df1\u5df2\u7d93\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u4f86\u5c0d\u6297\u6df7\u6c8c\u56f0\u96e3\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u9d15\u9ce5\u5c07\u982d\u57cb\u5728\u6c99\u5b50\u88e1\u4f86\u907f\u514d\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u6d3b\u5728\u5426\u8a8d\u5468\u570d\u7684\u4e8b\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u65e2\u662f\u81ea\u6b3a\u6b3a\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-xpde5234\">Sin can boil us slowly to death. Sin can also penetrate into all we say and do no matter where and how we hide ourselves. Instead of being boiled to death, <strong>let us fall into God\u2019s grace<\/strong>; instead of avoiding reality and hiding in the darkness, <strong>let us fall into God\u2019s grace. <\/strong>Let us depend on God whose steadfast love and forgiveness can swallow up our sin &#8211; our self-sufficiency and self-salvation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-qx9gc240\">\u7f6a\u6703\u628a\u6211\u5011\u6162\u6162\u5730\u716e\u6b7b\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u6211\u5011\u5728\u4f55\u8655\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u96b1\u85cf\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u7f6a\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6ef2\u5165\u5230\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8a00\u884c\u8209\u6b62\u7576\u4e2d\u3002\u8207\u5176\u88ab\u716e\u6b7b\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u8b93\u6211\u5011<strong>\u6389\u843d\u5728\u795e\u7684\u6069\u5178\u4e4b\u4e2d<\/strong>\uff1b\u8207\u5176\u9003\u907f\u73fe\u5be6\uff0c\u8eb2\u5728\u9ed1\u6697\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u8b93\u6211\u5011<strong>\u6389\u843d\u5728\u795e\u7684\u6069\u5178\u4e4b\u4e2d<\/strong>\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f9d\u9760\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c\u8b93\u7942\u3010\u5805\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u7684\u611b\u3011\u548c\u3010\u5bec\u6055\u3011\u4f86\u541e\u566c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7f6a\u2014\u2014\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u7d66\u81ea\u8db3\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u6551\u8d16\u7684\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-lxsma247\"><strong>God\u2019s Good News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2ecry250\">So, what will you do differently from now on when you encounter a storm in your life, a storm in the life of your loved one, or a storm at church?&nbsp; The beginning of good news is Jesus, the Son of God, St. Mark wrote this. What does this good news say to any chaos that we face in our lives today?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-pukd3253\">\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u5f9e\u73fe\u5728\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u7576\u4f60\u9047\u5230\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u98a8\u66b4\u3001\u6216\u662f\u4f60\u6240\u611b\u4e4b\u4eba\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u98a8\u66b4\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6559\u6703\u4e2d\u7684\u98a8\u66b4\u6642\uff0c\u4f60\u6703\u63a1\u53d6\u54ea\u4e9b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff1f \u8056\u99ac\u53ef\u5beb\u9053\uff1a\u300c\u795e\u7684\u5152\u5b50\uff0c\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\u798f\u97f3\u7684\u8d77\u982d\u3002\u300d\u9019\u500b\u798f\u97f3\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4eca\u65e5\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u6240\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u6df7\u4e82\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u6709\u4f55\u555f\u793a\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ft3du256\"><strong>Jesus\u2019 name in Hebrew<\/strong>&nbsp;is Yeh-Ho-Shoo-Ah, and its shorter form is Yeh-Shoo-Ah. It carries a profound meaning,<strong>&nbsp;salvation or deliverance.&nbsp; <\/strong>Because of who Jesus Christ is and what he has accomplished, every life created by God and redeemed by God is saved by God through faith by grace. Every life is precious and treasured by God.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9nonk261\"><strong>\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u5e0c\u4f2f\u4f86\u540d\u5b57<\/strong>\u662f Yeh-Ho-Shoo-Ah\uff0c\u5176\u540d\u5b57\u7e2e\u77ed\u5f62\u5f0f\u662f Yeh-Shoo-Ah\u3002\u5b83\u5e36\u6709\u8457\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u4e5f\u65e2\u662f<strong>\u6551\u8d16\u6216\u89e3\u812b<\/strong>\u3002 \u7531\u65bc\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\u662f\u8ab0\u4ee5\u53ca\u7942\u6240\u6210\u5c31\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u795e\u6240\u5275\u9020\u4e26\u88ab\u795e\u6551\u8d16\u7684\u751f\u547d\uff0c\u90fd\u85c9\u8457\u6069\u5178\u548c\u4fe1\u9760\uff0c\u88ab\u795e\u62ef\u6551\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u751f\u547d\u90fd\u662f\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u88ab\u795e\u6240\u73cd\u60dc\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-qfxlt267\">St. Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, \u201cFor the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died.
