Feeling restless is what I\u2019m talking about, a kind of exhaustion that involves our body, our mind, our heart &#8211; basically our whole being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-0idf0117\">\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u66fe\u7d93\u65e9\u4e0a\u9192\u4f86\uff0c\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u5df1\u53ea\u7761\u4e86 10 \u5206\u9418\uff1f\u597d\u5427\uff0c\u6211\u6709\u9ede\u8a87\u5f35\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u660e\u767d\u6211\u7684\u610f\u601d\u3002\u6211\u8981\u8aaa\u7684\u662f\u7126\u8e81\u4e0d\u5b89\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u75b2\u618a\u611f\uff0c\u727d\u6d89\u5230\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u3001\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5fc3\u601d\u610f\u5ff5\u3001\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5fc3\u9748\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6574\u500b\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-j5kq2120\">We&#8217;ve all heard the phrase \u201cMonday Blues.\u201d It describes the dread of going back to work and starting the work week. The weekend is too short, and there isn\u2019t any excitement about work or the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-xoa9f122\">\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u807d\u904e\u300c\u85cd\u8272\u661f\u671f\u4e00\u300d\u9019\u500b\u8a5e\u3002\u5b83\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u5c0d\u91cd\u8fd4\u5de5\u4f5c\u5d17\u4f4d\u4e26\u958b\u59cb\u5de5\u4f5c\u9031\u7684\u6050\u61fc\u548c\u6182\u9b31\u3002\u89ba\u5f97\u9031\u672b\u592a\u77ed\uff0c\u5728\u9762\u81e8\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u5468\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u8077\u5834\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u611f\u5230\u8208\u596e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5rjrg125\">We know about Monday Blues, but how about \u201cCovid-19 Blues?\u201d It has been used by healthcare practitioners since 2020. The symptoms of Covid-19 Blues are very similar to the symptoms of depression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3b4ej127\">\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u300c\u85cd\u8272\u661f\u671f\u4e00\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u807d\u904e\u300c\u85cd\u8272Covid-19 \u300d\u55ce\uff1f\u81ea 2020 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u8a5e\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u88ab\u91ab\u7642\u4eba\u54e1\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u300c\u85cd\u8272Covid-19 \u300d\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u8207\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-hyyma130\">When we start questioning self-worthiness, feeling fatigue and experiencing aches all over the body for no reason, or lacking the will to do anything, it is a red flag telling us that we need help from a professional. And most importantly, we need to seek God for help because having a day off or a vacation isn\u2019t going to make us feel better. What we really need is to have regular sabbaths that Jesus talks about in Mark 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-698u3132\">\u7576\u6211\u5011\u958b\u59cb\u8cea\u7591\u81ea\u6211\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u6642\u5019\u3001\u7121\u7de3\u7121\u6545\u611f\u5230\u75b2\u52de\u548c\u5168\u8eab\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u6216\u7f3a\u4e4f\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\u60c5\u7684\u610f\u9858\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5371\u96aa\u4fe1\u865f\uff0c\u9019\u5371\u96aa\u4fe1\u865f\u544a\u8a34\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u662f\u9700\u8981\u627e\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4e86\u3002 \u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u6c42\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u4f11\u606f\u6216\u4f11\u5047\u65e5\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u597d\u8f49\u3002\u6211\u5011\u771f\u6b63\u9700\u8981\u7684\u662f\u9075\u5b88\u8036\u7a4c\u5728\u99ac\u53ef\u798f\u97f3\u7b2c 2 \u7ae0\u4e2d\u8ac7\u5230\u7684\u9075\u5faa\u5b9a\u671f\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ktra9135\">How is the Sabbath Jesus talks about different from our regular day off or vacation? Let\u2019s unpack some of the familiar biblical passages to help us understand better the meaning and the purpose of the Sabbath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-me4ye137\">\u8036\u7a4c\u6240\u8aaa\u7684\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u8207\u6211\u5011\u5e73\u5e38\u7684\u4f11\u5047\u65e5\u6216\u5047\u671f\u6709\u4f55\u4e0d\u540c\u5462\uff1f\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u7528\u4e00\u4e9b\u719f\u6089\u7684\u8056\u7d93\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7406\u89e3\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u7684\u542b\u7fa9\u548c\u76ee\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-lg1va140\">After God created the universe and everything in it, God took delight in what had been created. God saw that it was good. Then the last thing God did was take the Sabbath. This is the Sabbath Jesus was talking about. He said, \u201cThe sabbath was made for humankind, and not humankind for the sabbath.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-qki7i142\">\u7576\u795e\u5275\u9020\u4e86\u5b87\u5b99\u548c\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u842c\u7269\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u795e\u559c\u6085\u6240\u5275\u9020\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u3002\u795e\u770b\u662f\u597d\u7684\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u795e\u505a\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5c31\u662f\u597d\u597d\u5ea6\u904e\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u8036\u7a4c\u6240\u8aaa\u7684\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u201c\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u662f\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4eba\u985e\u70ba\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u4f86\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-gjq29145\">Can you imagine if humans were made for the sabbath? It must be terrible. What does that say about our God? And what does that say about us, the creatures? For example: We just celebrated Memorial Day. The government designated Memorial Day to honor those who lost their lives defending their country. It is not the other way around. The government doesn&#8217;t send soldiers into war for the sake of making Memorial Day more meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-p7spj147\">\u4f60\u80fd\u60f3\u50cf\u5982\u679c\u4eba\u985e\u662f\u70ba\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u800c\u9020\u7684\u55ce\uff1f\u9019\u4e00\u5b9a\u5f88\u60b2\u54c0\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u7684\u795e\u610f\u5473\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u9019\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u9019\u4e9b\u88ab\u9020\u7269\u53c8\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u6211\u5011\u525b\u525b\u6176\u795d\u4e86\u5c07\u58eb\u7d00\u5ff5\u65e5\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u5b9a\u5c07\u58eb\u7d00\u5ff5\u65e5\uff0c\u4f86\u7d00\u5ff5\u90a3\u4e9b\u70ba\u4fdd\u885b\u570b\u5bb6\u800c\u737b\u51fa\u751f\u547d\u7684\u8ecd\u4eba\u3002\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u672c\u672b\u5012\u7f6e\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6d3e\u9063\u58eb\u5175\u53c3\u6230\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u5c07\u58eb\u7d00\u5ff5\u65e5\u66f4\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-in9ea150\">Another example: Let&#8217;s say one day we decide to have kids just because we own a house and because we think kids make the house meaningful and purposeful. It\u2019s terrible, isn\u2019t it? Not because we want children, not because we want to love them and not because we want to make sure that they are well protected under a roof. The house was bought for the children. In the same way, the sabbath was made for humankind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ogd57152\">\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4f8b\u5b50\uff1a\u5047\u8a2d\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u5011\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8981\u5b69\u5b50\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u68df\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u5b69\u5b50\u80fd\u8b93\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u8b8a\u5f97\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u6709\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u9019\u592a\u60b2\u54c0\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u55ce\uff1f\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u8981\u5b69\u5b50\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u611b\u4ed6\u5011\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u78ba\u4fdd\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5c4b\u7c37\u4e0b\u53d7\u5230\u826f\u597d\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u623f\u5b50\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u5b69\u5b50\u800c\u8cb7\u7684\u3002\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u9053\u7406\uff0c\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u662f\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u800c\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-gan8e155\">The word \u201cSabbath\u201d (\u05e9\u05b7\u05c1\u05d1\u05b8\u05bc\u05ea) appears 172 times in the Bible, which means \u201ccease,\u201d \u201ccomplete rest,\u201d or \u201cdesist.\u201d Since the sabbath is blessed by God who commanded us to keep it holy, we address Sunday as \u201cHoly Sabbath.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8qjnp157\">\u300c\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u300d\uff08\u05e9\u05b7\u05c1\u05d1\u05bc\u05ea\uff09\u9019\u500b\u5b57\u5728\u8056\u7d93\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86172\u6b21\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u300c\u505c\u6b62\u300d\u3001\u300c\u5b8c\u5168\u4f11\u606f\u300d\u6216\u300c\u65b7\u5ff5\u300d\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u53d7\u5230\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u795d\u798f\uff0c\u4e26\u547d\u4ee4\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u4e4b\u5b88\u70ba\u8056\u65e5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u661f\u671f\u65e5\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u795e\u8056\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-e7r3m160\">The meaning of \u2018holy\u2019 is \u2018setting it apart.\u2019 Therefore, it is a day that is set apart so that we can be with God fully. We desist or cease everything from our minds, our thoughts, our hearts including our worries and our own agenda. Holy Sabbath is a day of letting God fully enter our own being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-h7hqz162\">\u300c\u795e\u8056\u300d\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\u300c\u5206\u5225\u51fa\u4f86\u300d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u982d\u8166\u3001\u4f86\u65b7\u5ff5\u4e14\u505c\u6b62\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5fc3\u601d\u610f\u5ff5\u3001\u6211\u5011\u5167\u5fc3\u60f3\u7684\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6182\u616e\u548c\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002\u201c\u795e\u8056\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u201d \u662f\u8b93\u795e\u5b8c\u5168\u9032\u5165\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e00\u5929\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8dsrz165\">We all know that God has the ability to create life, redeem life, and sanctify life. Has God stopped from creating, redeeming, and sanctifying the people of God? How often have we missed opportunities to be recreated, re-redeemed, re-sanctified, and to be made new whenever we encounter our God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-xaf61167\">\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u77e5\u9053\u795e\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u5275\u9020\u751f\u547d\u3001\u6551\u8d16\u751f\u547d\u3001\u8056\u5316\u751f\u547d\u3002\u795e\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7d93\u505c\u6b62\u5275\u9020\u3001\u6551\u8d16\u548c\u8056\u5316\u795e\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u4e86\u5462\uff1f\u6bcf\u7576\u6211\u5011\u8207\u795e\u76f8\u9047\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u66fe\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u6b21\uff0c\u932f\u904e\u4e86\uff0c\u88ab\u795e\u518d\u6b21\u5275\u9020\u3001\u518d\u6b21\u6551\u8d16\u3001\u518d\u6b21\u6210\u8056\u3001\u548c\u518d\u6b21\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-696no170\">The result of allowing God to enter our being fully is that we can be made new each time. Sabbath is a gift from God from the very beginning of creation. When the gift of sabbath is taken away from His people, God will not tolerate it. Remember the famous line that God asked Moses to say to Pharaoh in Exodus 9:1? God says, \u201cLet my people go so that they can serve me and worship me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-acojh172\">\u8b93\u795e\u5b8c\u5168\u9032\u5165\u6211\u5011\u7684\u751f\u547d\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u5011\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u80fd\u518d\u6b21\u6210\u70ba\u65b0\u4eba\u3002\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5f9e\u5275\u4e16\u4e4b\u521d\u5c31\u6240\u8cdc\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u7684\u79ae\u7269\u3002\u7576\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u7684\u6069\u8cdc\u5f9e\u7942\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u624b\u4e2d\u88ab\u596a\u8d70\u6642\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e0d\u6703\u5bb9\u5fcd\u7684\u3002\u9084\u8a18\u5f97\u51fa\u57c3\u53ca\u8a18 9 \u7ae0 1 \u7bc0\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8981\u6c42\u6469\u897f\u5c0d\u6cd5\u8001\u8aaa\u7684\u90a3\u53e5\u8457\u540d\u7684\u8a71\u55ce\uff1f\u795e\u8aaa\uff1a\u201c\u8b93\u6211\u7684\u767e\u59d3\u53bb\uff0c\u597d\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u4e8b\u5949\u6211\u3001\u656c\u62dc\u6211\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-vdn8e175\">Jesus must have been super frustrated whenever he was accused by the religious leaders who thought that they had all the answers about Sabbath. That\u2019s why they had nothing to say when Jesus confronted them saying, \u201cIs it lawful to do good or to do harm on the sabbath, to save life or to kill?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-kr8f7177\">\u6bcf\u7576\u8036\u7a4c\u88ab\u5b97\u6559\u9818\u8896\u6307\u8cac\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e00\u5b9a\u611f\u5230\u975e\u5e38\u7121\u5948\u6cae\u55aa\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5c0d\u6709\u95dc\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u77ad\u82e5\u6307\u638c\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7576\u8036\u7a4c\u8cea\u554f\u4ed6\u5011\u300c\u5728\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u8a72\u884c\u5584\u6216\u4f5c\u60e1\uff0c\u8a72\u6551\u4eba\u6216\u6bba\u4eba\uff0c\u90a3\u6a23\u624d\u662f\u5c0d\u7684\u5462\uff1f\u300d\u7684\u6642\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7121\u8a71\u53ef\u8aaa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7qejh180\">In Psalm 81, God heard people\u2019s cry and responded to them by rescuing them. In return, God asked why they didn\u2019t hear God\u2019s calling. Jesus was clear that His sheep should recognize His voice and promised them that the Holy Spirit would guide them and lead them back to God each day, each moment, each season of our lives in both good times and bad times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-s4g3k182\">\u5728\u8a69\u7bc7\u7b2c81\u7bc7\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e1d\u807d\u898b\u4e86\u7942\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u7684\u547c\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u62ef\u6551\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u795e\u554f\u4ed6\u5011\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6c92\u6709\u807d\u5230\u795e\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u547c\u559a\u3002\u8036\u7a4c\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7942\u7684\u7f8a\u61c9\u8a72\u8a8d\u5f97\u51fa\u7942\u7684\u8072\u97f3\uff0c\u4e26\u61c9\u8a31\u7942\u7684\u9580\u5f92\uff0c\u5728\u751f\u547d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5929\u3001\u6bcf\u6642\u6bcf\u523b\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u9806\u5883\u6216\u9006\u5883\uff0c\u8056\u9748\u90fd\u6703\u5f15\u5c0e\u4ed6\u5011\uff0c\u5e36\u9818\u4ed6\u5011\u56de\u5230\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u8eab\u908a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-z48fv185\">What happens when we&#8217;re with God fully, worshiping and serving God on the day of Holy Sabbath? The calling voice of Jesus brings us comfort. The power of the Holy Spirit moves our whole being into the presence of God fully. And the Word of God strengthens us and renews us. By partaking the broken body of Christ at the Lord\u2019s Table, we are reunited into one and experiencing the power of being the body of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9iz2y187\">\u7576\u6211\u5011\u5728\u795e\u8056\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u8207\u795e\u540c\u5728\u3001\u656c\u62dc\u795e\u548c\u4e8b\u5949\u795e\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u751f\u547d\u662f\u8d77\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8b8a\u5316\u5462\uff1f\u8036\u7a4c\u547c\u559a\u7684\u8072\u97f3\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u5b89\u6170\u3002\u8056\u9748\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u5c07\u6211\u5011\u6574\u500b\u4eba\u5b8c\u5168\u5e36\u5165\u5230\u795e\u7684\u9762\u524d\u3002\u795e\u7684\u8a71\u8a9e\u5805\u56fa\u6211\u5011\u4e26\u66f4\u65b0\u6211\u5011\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5728\u4e3b\u7684\u8056\u9910\u4e2d\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u53d6\u7528\u57fa\u7763\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u800c\u7834\u788e\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u56e0\u8457\u5408\u800c\u70ba\u4e00\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9ad4\u9a57\u5230\u6210\u70ba\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-mo7mg190\">Sabbath is a gift from God. Week after week, we are being made new over and over again. St. Paul said in 2 Corinthians 4 that we are to proclaim Jesus Christ who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God. That\u2019s exactly what happens to us. When we immerse ourselves in God\u2019s presence fully on the Sabbath, the light of the knowledge of the glory of God shines in our hearts. And we carry the light within us whenever we go for the rest of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-67osy192\">\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8cdc\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6069\u8cdc\u3002\u4e00\u5468\u53c8\u4e00\u5468\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u6b21\u53c8\u4e00\u6b21\u5730\u88ab\u7165\u7136\u4e00\u65b0\u3002\u8056\u4fdd\u7f85\u5728\u300a\u54e5\u6797\u591a\u5f8c\u66f8\u300b\u7b2c 4 \u7ae0\u4e2d\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u5ba3\u63da\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\uff0c\u7942\u5df2\u7d93\u7167\u8000\u5728\u6211\u5011\u5fc3\u88e1\uff0c\u8cdc\u4e0b\u8a8d\u8b58\u4e0a\u5e1d\u69ae\u8000\u7684\u5149\u3002\u7576\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u5b8c\u5168\u6c89\u6d78\u5728\u8207\u795e\u7684\u540c\u5728\u6642\uff0c\u8a8d\u8b58\u4e0a\u5e1d\u69ae\u8000\u7684\u5149\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u7167\u8000\u5728\u6211\u5011\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u5fc3\u4e2d\u3002\u5728\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u4e00\u9031\u88e1\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u6211\u5011\u5230\u54ea\uff0c\u90a3\u9053\u5149\u4e5f\u96a8\u8457\u6211\u5011\u5230\u54ea\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-crdk9195\">On the holy sabbath, our relationship with God is reaffirmed; our relationship with each other is re-strengthened. Our relationship with ourselves is re-restored. Once again, we see the image of God in ourselves and in each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9ps8e197\">\u5728\u795e\u8056\u7684\u5b89\u606f\u65e5\u88e1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8207\u795e\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u5f97\u5230\u518d\u6b21\u7684\u80af\u5b9a\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u5f97\u5230\u518d\u6b21\u7684\u52a0\u5f37\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8207\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u518d\u6b21\u7684\u4fee\u5fa9\u3002\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u518d\u6b21\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u795e\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-h9vnt200\">On the holy sabbath, the door of the church is open, the Word of God is read and proclaimed, the invitation of the Holy Table is given, and the Holy Spirit accompanies us back into the world.
